Community Hero Rewards Program   
Community Hero Rewards Program is for Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Military Personnel (active, reserves and veterans), Healthcare Workers, Emergency Medical Services Workers and Education Professionals, Non-Profits, Educators and Government Employees. (These rewards can include any lender incentives and can be used towards your closing costs or to buy down your rate.)

To receive this incentive, one of the agents from Beelieve Real Estate must represent you in your home purchase.  There is no cost to you for our services–we are paid by the seller!

Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance Programs

There are a variety of down payment & closing cost assistance programs that we have reviewed with our home buyer clients.

Some are grants while others are low interest loans. Qualifications differ from home location, credit score, family size and income.

Move Up Program-for those who are building a new home and have a house to sell. 

  • Select your lot, house plan and agree on a price with your builder.
  • Begin the loan process and selection of design center items per the builder’s instructions.
  • Your information will be provided to Mari Tello.
  • Learn how to package your house to capture the hearts and offers of buyers through our staging program- for a fast top-dollar sale.
  • Arrange an appointment with Mari Tello for a market anaysis and listing appointment at your earliest convenience.
  • Your home is listed and your customized marketing plan begins.
  • Mari Tello sells your home.
  • Your new home is completed.
  • Move in and enjoy your new home.

Programs are not valid with a combination of any other down payment closing costs assistance programs. The Military Rewards Program is only for those who are not receiving any “lender incentives” from the “builder’s”  preferred lender. All cash given to buyer must be used for closing costs or rate buy downs and be disclosed on closing statement.  No cash incentives are given outside of closing. Should lender not be able to use all rewards/incentives for buyer, then any portion not utilized will be given to the Broker.
